Tuition and Fees

The general registration fee for all programs offered within the career Center is $30. While some programs may require extra evaluation on behalf of the applicant and additional fees, the training programs requiring extra tuition are marked in the course catalog and guidebook provided.

The admissions office of the Career Center is dedicated to helping prospective students through each phase of enrollment. The helpful staff at the Career Center admissions office will provide guidance and counseling on the admissions process, financial assistance, appointment scheduling and any additional assessment testing required as a prerequisite for entrance into training programs. It is suggested that all potential students begin the application process as early as possible to ensure the best quality service and have access to the most opportunities.

Registration

Due to the high volume of interest in specific career fields, certain adult training programs have limited enrollment. For this reason, tuition prices may be subject to fluctuation. Fluctuation may also result from pending changes awaiting approval from the Board of Education.

Registration will be confirmed by a student payment for any application fees. Having registration approved will be founded on the principle of first-come, first-served. The curriculum and training program opportunities are usually in high demand; the Career Center maintains the right to cancel training courses due to low enrollment. All the way until the first day of studies, prospective students are urged to enroll early to maintain a place in the course. Because courses have a maximum and minimum number of students, courses may be canceled and registration fees may be refunded if insufficient enrollment leads to a less than minimum number required for tuition paying students in each course.

Confirming Admissions, Enrollment and Refunds

In the event of a withdrawal from a course or a training program being canceled, funds will be processed to school treasury and notification of student withdrawal will result in a full refund of $30 within three business days. If a student withdraws within the first week of courses, students will receive a 50% refund. After the first week of courses, students will not receive a refund. Textbooks, supplies and other tools are not included in course fees. When they are necessary, they are the responsibility of the student.
