The program will give you tuition from instructors who have years of experience, and you will be trained on basic medical matters such as human anatomy and physiology, diseases, pharmacotherapy, medical terminology, financial recordkeeping, medical office procedures, medical charting and more. Once you graduate from this program, you can expect to land a job at entry-level employment as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Secretary and more.

Dental Assistant
On a four-day schedule, the Dental Assistance program at the Ross Medical Education Center can be completely in only 36 weeks, or 30 weeks on the five-day schedule.
During the program, you will be matched with experienced instructors who will provide you information on radiograph processing, anesthetics, vital signs and taking impressions. Along with this, you will be taught terminology related to the field and will be given training on basic administrative tasks, such as word processing, filing medical records, scheduling appointments and more. Once you have completed this program, you may find you can work at entry-level positions as Dental Assistants, Dental Receptionists and more.
During this program, you will be expected to complete an externship or an external placement.
