Culinary Arts Certificate
Students experience the food industry first-hand as the kitchen becomes the classroom. The Certificate program begins with basic rudimentary information that will come in use later as students are faced with more advanced techniques and start to discover their own style of cooking. This program includes two externships, allowing students to practice their skills in an actual restaurant.
Certificate in Wine and Beverage
Le Cordon Bleu’s Wine and Beverage Certificate program prepares students for Master Sommelier certification, advanced bartending programs, and other examinations that lead to promising careers in the wine and beverage industry. You will train your palate to identify unique characteristics of wines from different regions; learn the science behind producing cider, sake, spirits, and malt beverages; and master the performance art of bartending.
Culinary Arts Diploma
The Culinary Arts Diploma program progresses quickly from the basics to more advanced skills that are essential for success in the food industry. A significant amount of time will be spent perfecting your skills in the kitchen, but you’ll also learn important background information such as history and culinary heritage that will round out your educational experience at Le Cordon Bleu.
Patisserie and Baking Associate Degree

Patisserie and Baking Diploma
Experienced chefs provide their students with the training necessary to enter a career in the baking industry. You’ll exercise your creativity and expand your knowledge of all things associated with bakery goods.
This Associate degree program is designed for students who hold a culinary arts diploma or certificate and wish to further their education. Credit from previous Le Cordon Blue programs may be transferrable at the discretion of the department. Individuals who are just beginning their culinary education (no diploma or certificate) may also participate, receiving their hands-on training at a Le Cordon Bleu campus, and then completing the program through online courses. This program focuses on restaurant management, hospitality supervision, sanitation, and the financial aspects of running a restaurant.
Associate Degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management
The Associate Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management is the perfect fit for those interested in the business side of the culinary arts. Students can complete this degree entirely online; there’s no need to live near or relocate to a Le Cordon Bleu campus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management
