Judson University teacher to student ration is 1 teacher per 10 students. This will allow more students the ability to have one-on-one interactions with teachers. This in turn will assist students in developing their skills and honing their ability through personalized learning plans and mentoring. All of Judson University’s staff is highly knowledgeable in the fields they are teaching, possessing a broad range of real world experience to draw from while administering curriculum 64% of Judson University’s full time tenure faculty possess a doctorate degree and 86% have an applicable terminal degree.

International Students
Transfer students arriving at Judson University from many locations across the world will have within their reach more opportunities for enrollment and academic growth. Judson’s Director of Enrollment Management evaluates students from all over the world based on Judson’s standards of admittance. Once admitted, students will be able to complete transfer request forms with the assistance of the International Office at their particular universities or colleges. This will then enable students to have their SEVIS records released and their academic sessions to begin. Judson will be able to issue an I-20 form and F-1 status for students entering the United States.
The next step of the international student application process is succession completion of a Certificate of Finance (CoF). This is a document processed with each student application that provides information about students’ financial capabilities. Each form will have a bank statement or bank document belonging to the student or payee attached to provide supportive documentation of ability to pay. These forms will be attached with the student application to Judson University and/or made available upon student arrival.
Judson University offers more options for international students to pay. Judson is partnered with the international payment system known as “Flywire,” which will allow students to pay security from any currency or bank. Students will be able to track payments, save exchange rates and bank fees and contact a multilingual customer service team for assistance at any time of day or night.
High School Prep Program
To successfully apply for one of Judson University’s high school prep program, students must complete an application form providing at least 4 accredited semesters of high school at the junior or senior level. Applicants must be 16 years old or older and possess a minimum GPA of 3.25. Students must also be in the upper 10% of their high school classes. Applicants will also submit ACT scores and sign a Judson University Lifestyle Statement. Lastly, applicants must provide their official high school and college transcripts (college only if applicable).

Judson University does not simply confine students to the classroom experience. Hands-on real world application of curriculum is often provided through the university including field trips and outdoor study programs such as their tours of major Chicago skyscrapers as part of Judson’s architectural programs. Judson also offers a five-year Christian Ministries pastoral program in which students will have the ability to travel all over the world and visit locations including the Holy Land. For Judson’s music business entrepreneurship majors, each student will have the opportunity to learn from studio/musical professionals inside and outside of the classroom. Such professions include Ben Calhoun of Citizen Way. Judson offers over 50 majors and areas of graduate study to select from.

Graduate aid programs available to help defray academic costs include federal and state financial aid programs, assistanceships and career services. Judson’s Academic Scholarship grants are based on ACT/SAT scores, cumulative GPAs from a U.S. high school or internationally recognized secondary school. Each student will be awarded somewhere between $6,000-$14,000 per academic year. A Judson Grant is awarded to students based on completion of a Certificate of Finances and after providing the supporting documentation including bank statements and letters from sponsors.
