The Salesperson's License course lets you fulfill the pre-licensing requirements for becoming a real estate salesperson. You can even pass the state real estate license exam by enrolling in this course. Moreover, you can join any of the specialized designation programs offered within the Salesperson's License program. Designation programs: Contract Forms Specialist, Short Sale Specialist, Green Specialist, eNetworking Specialist, and FHA Specialist.
Salesperson & Broker Renewal
This is a 45-hour course that comes with the ‘Pass or Don’t Pay’ option. According to this option, you can pay the fees after you pass the Salesperson & Broker Renewal program.
SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator License
Allied schools provide the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator License course, so that you can pass the SAFE examination with good numbers. This program is approved by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
This course will enable you to meet the pre-licensing real estate requisites of the Broker’s License and will help you in passing the state broker license exam, with comprehensive study material and a dedicated faculty.

Appraisal License Renewal

This course is suitable for you, if you want a new USPAP license or if you want to upgrade your existing USPAP license. You can choose between two categories of USPAP program, the 15-hour course and the 7-hour update course. The former one gives you an introduction about USPAP, with its applicability, rules and standards; whereas the latter one fulfills your two year USPAP requirements and helps you to continue with your licensed appraisal career, with important definitions and changes in USPAP.
The California Contractor License course gives students a strong educational base, so that they can get the contractor’s license. Applicants can even pass the state exam, after completing this program.
This course provides you with the relevant information that you need to obtain the Home Inspection License. Allied Schools give an exclusive two hour DVD in this program, through which you can experience real life home inspection rounds of fifteen different houses. It brings you face to face with 75 common defects that you have to deal with in your home inspection job. Moreover, after successfully completing the Home Inspection License course, you will get a complimentary one year professional membership of the Housing Inspection Foundation (HIF) and a waiver of six months membership fees of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (interNACHI).
