Career Services
Providing students career service assistance is an integral part of All- State Career’s programs. All-State Career actively develops job leads with employers. Students have an opportunity to meet with employers through classroom presentations and career fairs. Students receive individual and group employment advising and are taught self-directed job search skills. Emphasis is placed on how to ask for an interview by telephone, employment applications, resume preparation, interviewing techniques, and interpersonal relations. Although All-State Career cannot guarantee placement, its primary goal is to assist graduates in finding positions suitable for their needs. Job search assistance is continuous as long as the graduate is in good standing with All-State Career. All Commercial Driving students are required to complete a mock application. Allied Health, HVACR, and Electrical Systems Technology students are required to complete a professional resume.

Enrollment Process and Financial Aid
At All –State they encourage you to come into the campus so they can sit down and go over a career planning session with you. This will allow you to review all of your educational options, ask questions to your admissions representative, upcoming start dates and see the campus.  To help pay for school you can contact All-State and learn about: tuition installment plans, Federal Stafford loans, Federal Pell Grants, Ohio Instruction Grants, Work Force Development Grants and other Scholarships. Eligibility for financial aid programs are determined by information submitted to FAFSA.
